Co-Founder & Principal Builder
Ganesh spent two decades on job sites across Bangalore before he ever sat at a drafting table. He founded Vellum & Stone to make sure the builder's perspective is in the room from day one of every design, not added in after the drawings are already final.
Co-Founder & Design Director
Trained as an architect, Rahil spent years watching good drawings get quietly compromised once construction started. He started Vellum & Stone with Ganesh to close that gap, and to prove that careful design and careful building aren't in tension.

Agni leads design on our larger residential and commercial projects, with a focus on how a space will actually be used day to day, not just how it photographs.
Project Architect
Manoj manages the day-to-day handoff between drafting table and job site, translating drawings into the kind of detail a crew can actually build from.
