When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, project type and message. If you use the cost estimator, the figures you enter stay in your browser unless you choose to send them to us with an enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss and deliver a project with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our team by email. Our website host and email provider process this data on our behalf so that the form works. We share information with others only where the law requires it or where you ask us to.
Fonts and third parties
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to run any resulting project, and for the period required by law for project and accounting records.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to [email protected].
