How we approach it
Most custom homes are compromised somewhere between the drawing and the site: a detail the crew couldn't build, a material that wasn't available, a budget surprise that arrives after the foundation is poured. Design-build removes the gap. Our architects and builders sit at the same table from the first consultation, so every decision is tested against how it will actually be built and what it will actually cost.
From the first site walk we talk plainly about budget, orientation, soil, access and what your plot will and won't allow. The design is refined with the builders in the room, then carried through statutory approvals, construction and handover under a single contract with a single point of accountability.
